Shipping and delivery

Costs and times

• Italy: €10.00 — free shipping on orders of €499.00 or more
• European Union: €30.00
• Collection in store in Arcore (MB), Via Casati 167: free, normally ready within 24 hours

Costs are in any case recalculated and shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

The delivery area corresponds to the geographical area covered by the offer. Delivery takes place within the times stated on the website and upon acceptance of the order by Vintage Loop s.n.c. or, where no delivery date is specified, within the period estimated when the delivery method is selected and, in any event, within a maximum of thirty days from the date of confirmation.

Products are delivered to the address given by the customer when placing the order.

Transfer of risk

Risk passes to the customer when Vintage Loop s.n.c. hands the products over to the carrier. Products travel at the customer's risk. The same applies to products sent or returned carriage paid.

Delivery is deemed to have taken place from the moment the product is handed over to the carrier. The delivery note issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer on delivery of the product, constitutes proof of carriage and release of the goods.

Checks on delivery

On delivery the customer must check the contents, conformity and condition of the products. Before signing the proof of receipt, while the courier is still present, we recommend that you:

• check that the number of parcels received matches the number stated on the transport document;
• check that the labels on the parcels show the recipient's name and address correctly;
• check the external condition of the parcels: they must show no damage and must not have been tampered with (for example, sealed with the carrier's tape rather than the original tape, or damaged packaging).

If anything is wrong, the customer must sign the transport document adding the words "merce accettata con riserva" (goods accepted subject to reservation) and specifying the problem found. Entering such a reservation is a right established by art. 1698 of the Italian Civil Code. Reservations communicated verbally to the courier have no legal effect. Returns due to transport damage will not be accepted if these recommendations are not followed.

In the event of delays, damage, total or partial loss or other problems, the customer is entitled to bring a claim against the carrier.

Uncollected parcels

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the products must be collected at the address and in the manner indicated by the carrier. If they are not collected within the period set by the carrier, the products are returned to Vintage Loop s.n.c., which reserves the right to refund the price of the products while leaving the shipping costs payable by the customer.

Duties and taxes

For delivery within the European Union, prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order and no further customs duties are payable. For delivery outside the European Union, the customer must pay any customs duties, VAT or other taxes relating to the importation of the products into the country of delivery. The related formalities are the customer's sole responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
