Every item we sell passes through our Arcore store before going online. We carefully inspect it, verify its authenticity, and photograph its actual condition, in order to offer our customers a transparent and accurate description of the product.
Each piece undergoes a verification and authentication process, carried out through our industry experience and, where applicable, with the support of professional authentication systems.
These are unique items, available in only one piece: once sold, they do not become available again. This is precisely why we select every product with care, ensuring quality, authenticity, and maximum transparency.

Yes. Every item is checked by us before being put up for sale. For bags and accessories from supported brands, you can add the Entrupy certificate to your cart and receive the item with third-party verification.
These are second-hand items. On each product page, you will find the condition, detailed description of its condition, measurements, and actual photos of the item you will receive. Any flaws are always indicated.
Like new: item never used or indistinguishable from new, no signs of use.
Excellent condition: minimal signs of use, clean interior, corners in excellent or good condition. Every imperfection is noted in the description and visible in the photos.
Good condition: visible signs of use on corners, handles, or interior. We photograph all of them and describe them one by one, without holding anything back.
Yes. All bags are checked, cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected before sale. If you would like extra treatment, you can add professional ozone sanitization to your cart for €20 per item, performed before delivery or pickup.
It depends on the item. The "What you get" section of each product page lists exactly what comes in the package. If the original dust bag is missing, we ship the item in our own cotton dust bag.
Shipping within Italy costs €10 and is free for orders over €499. For the European Union, it is €30. You can also pick up your order at our store in Arcore.
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, as provided for by the Consumer Code. You can find the complete procedure on the Returns and Refunds page.
