Where the Customer is a consumer, exclusive territorial jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy (art. 63, Italian Legislative Decree 205/2006); where the Customer is not a consumer, the Court of Monza has exclusive jurisdiction.
