Yes. Every item is checked by us before being put up for sale. For bags and accessories from supported brands, you can add the Entrupy certificate to your cart and receive the item with third-party verification.

These are second-hand items. On each product page, you will find the condition, detailed description of its condition, measurements, and actual photos of the item you will receive. Any flaws are always indicated.

This is the scale we use to classify condition. Like new: practically never used. Excellent condition: minimal signs of use. Good condition: visible signs, always described and photographed. The complete scale is on the Authenticity and Condition page.

You add it to your cart along with the item to be certified, before shipping. It cannot be requested after you receive the item. Valid for bags and accessories, not for shoes and eyewear.

It depends on the item. The "What you get" section of each product page lists exactly what comes in the package. If the original dust bag is missing, we ship the item in our own cotton dust bag.

In Italy €10, free for orders over €499. To the European Union €30. Alternatively, you can pick up for free in-store in Arcore.

Yes. At checkout, you can choose to pick up your order at Via Casati 167 in Arcore (MB). We will notify you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

Yes. Each item is unique and remains available until purchased. It cannot be reserved without an order.

Write to us immediately with photos. We describe each piece in detail precisely to avoid this: if something isn't right, we'll take care of it. In any case, the right of withdrawal within 14 days remains valid.

No. It is generated upon specific request and is non-refundable in case of item return.
