How we work
Authenticity and condition of items
Every item we sell is checked by us before being listed for sale. Upon request, you can add the Entrupy certificate of authenticity, issued by an independent third-party entity.
The scale we use
Like new, excellent condition, good condition
Like new: practically never used, with no visible signs of wear. Excellent condition: minimal signs of use. Good condition: visible signs of wear, always described and photographed on the product page.
Pre-sale inspection
We check every item before listing it online: authenticity, overall condition, and the functionality of zippers and clasps.
Honest description
We describe the conditions in detail, including any imperfections. The photos you see are the actual ones of the item you will receive.
Third-party verification
Upon request, you can add the Entrupy certificate: an independent body verifies authenticity before shipping.
