Exercise of the right of withdrawal

In compliance with EU Directive 2023/2673, consumers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without penalty and without providing any reason. The request is submitted via a two-step validation system and immediately generates an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium sent via e-mail.

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the client is informed that the right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalised, for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or reasons related to health protection, if they have been opened after delivery.
